Cancellation policy

Cancellation by Organizer

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, excluding any non-refundable service or payment processing fees (if applicable). Notification of cancellation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Cancellation by Attendee

If you choose to cancel your attendance for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued, unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather conditions, government regulations, or other force majeure events). In such cases, alternative solutions (such as rescheduling or virtual attendance) may be offered and communicated accordingly.
