Digital Tickets and Confirmations

All tickets purchased through our platform are delivered electronically. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s) and all necessary event details, including a link to download the boolood mobile app.

Please ensure that your email address and contact information are accurate at the time of registration or purchase. We are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to incorrect information provided.

Where Are My Tickets?

Tickets purchased on the web are stored in the boolood mobile app. After your purchase, check your email for a confirmation message containing the app download links. Download the app and sign in with the same email address or mobile number used during purchase — your ticket(s) will appear automatically in the app.

Delivery Time

Tickets are typically available immediately after a successful transaction. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you do not see your ticket(s) in the app within this time frame, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical tickets. All event access is provided digitally via the boolood mobile app.

Entry to the Event

You must present your e-ticket from the boolood mobile app along with valid identification at the venue entrance. Entry without a valid ticket is not permitted.
